Introduction & Discovery

We'll start the process by visiting via phone call or email and, if we're speaking the same language about wants, needs, and expectations, we will set up an initial consultation. Justin will visit your home for the initial consultation. He'll ask about your expectations and concerns and will be prepared to answer any questions you may have. During this meeting, he will assess your space and listen to your ideas. He'll gather information about your project to create an accurate estimate and will discuss your budget as well. If we agree that we can provide a solution that will fit your needs, we will set an appointment to present a proposal.
Proposal

We will gather at our office to present the proposal. We will provide a preliminary estimate bid for completing your project, using allowances for material costs that are still to be determined. During this meeting, you'll have the opportunity to see the types of tools you can expect us to utilize throughout the design phase. We will outline our process for efficiently moving your project from design to production. If everything meets your approval, you’ll give us the green light to start on the design! Plan & Design

A good plan eliminates anxiety about the final results. Now that we have proposed a solution that you like for your project, let's dig into the details. Our efficient process makes designing your dream shower feel effortless. Jackie will assist you in selecting tiles, layouts, and features to bring your vision to life. Often, she can help clients finalize the design in just one meeting! Once the selections are made, she will utilize our CAD software to provide a 3D rendering of your project. After that, we’ll revise the preliminary estimate and present you with a final fixed bid to complete the project.
Build

After we finalize the design and pricing, construction can begin! Our Lead Carpenter, Cory, will take charge of your project and serve as your primary contact moving forward. He is our tile specialist and uses the Schluter Shower System to bring your shower to life. He’ll ensure your home remains tidy and maintain clear communication throughout your project. The best part? This all happens in around a week and a half, transforming your bathroom quickly!
