121st Street Basement

The major goal and feature of this basement finish and addition is the basketball court, a great place for the kids to get some excercise. But the fun does not stop with the basketball court. Brick columns were used to expand the deck and act as planters. Maintenance free decking and handrails finish the exterior. A contemporary bar was added on the interior, which incorporates stainless steel fixtures and concrete countertops. The bathroom was updated and expanded, with a sleek contemporary aesthetic. Everything ties into a game room with a shuffleboard and a home theater. What a wonderful place for the family and friends to unwind!
