This division focuses on your small projects, such as:

• interior and exterior repair
• minor electrical and plumbing
• seasonal maintenance
• window and door repair and replacement

All work will be completed on a time and material basis and no job is too small. Rates are as follows:

• $75 for a visit to the site for an estimate. --or--
• $75 service call which includes the first hour of labor. Regarding the service call charge there are two options:
  1) the Handyman will arrive on site to provide a verbal estimate of time and cost for your project(s) for you to approve;
  2) the Handyman can immediately start working on the project at hand.
• All remaining man hours will be billed at $55.00 per hour after the first and all hours will be rounded up to the nearest 1/2 hour increment
• Material costs and subcontractor labor are billed at cost plus a 20% markup.
• Payment terms vary by job type and length but final payment is due immediately upon completion of the project.
