As a division of Kaufman Construction, KC Handyman Service offers clients an alternative to Design/Build, fixed price projects. KC Handyman is designed to be a maintenance, repair, and remodel solution for homeowners and businesses needing help with smaller projects in the Metro Des Moines area. Estimates can be given for specific work but all projects are billed on a time and materials basis. Our objective is to address your concern as quickly as possible and achieve a quality solution.

Many of our clients have a desire to be more “hands-on”, becoming involved in procuring product as well as completing some of the work.
